Answer: Yes, you can use your own equipment. However, CCC Fiber does not provide Support for the configuration/set-up of third-party devices.
Answer: You should contact No! this is always unlimited usage with CCC Fiber from the entry level plan to the platinum plus level.
Answer: It's probably because your email address was registered previously.
To resolve this:
1. Click "Login" (in the top right of the page).
2. Click the text "Forgot password?" found under the username and password text fields, to the left of the Login button on the login page and request a password for your email address (which is also your user account).
You will receive an email within a few minutes with a link that you click to enter a password. Once done, you are logged in and can proceed.
If you have not previously registered or want to change your email, you may want to create a new user account to another email address, then choose "Create Account" and fill in the information.
Answer: Yes! CCC Fiber is compatible with home security systems. A recommendation is on the speed at time of purchase.
Answer: This is possible; however, this is not recommended due to issues in the moving process.
Answer: Our published pricing is associated with auto pay and an associated credit or debit card, e-check, or ACH. You may obtain an electronic copy of your invoice through the CCCFiber Customer portal. Refer to “How to access the Customer Portal” in this FAQ
Answer: The customer portal is designed to communicate information associated with your highspeed internet access connections.
· Home page is the current view. What invoices are due, make payments, and eventually we will show data usage.
· Account Page allows you to change your password, edit personal information, view invoices, view payment history, and review terms and conditions.
· Network Page will provide detailed usage information.
· Support Page allows you to create an End User support ticket.
The customer portal is available 24/7 365 days per year. Customer Portal Link
The customer portal is associated with your email address on file. To obtain your username and password navigate to the portal and select “forgot my user name and password”. An email will be sent to your account allowing you navigate the system.
